Default 'Crusader Tests' quest chain KOS in Cabilis

For the 'Crusader tests' quest chain - for the SK khukuri sword - Can this be done non-iksar? I have an Ogre SK and as far as i know they are KOS in cabilis?

I quite like the idea of being able to freely upgrade my sword every few levels...
If it's a waste of time you can also lemme know.

Ahh no i hadnt...

But im still confused as to how i can even enter the city of cabilis when iksar hates everyone and vice versa?

I suppose a faction grind? Which then probably doesn't make the khukuri worth it?

100% not worth it for a non-iksar.

You can buy far better weapons in EC or camp far better weapons for much less effort.

One can raise cabilis factions by killing iksar mobs and then do the bone chips quest, but it takes like FOREVER.
Also the shaman faction takes much longer than others to become un-kos, and you need to go through shaman guild to reach SK NPCs. (they may not see through invis though)

Not worth it unless you're 60 and have nothing else to do.
