problem with launch titanium

i not sur to be in good part of forum
i want to play to everquest

i have download the everquest titatium .
i installed it i change some files by p99v44 files and i launch everquest titanium.bat
i have some error message that eqgame is not find
i change the compatibilty mode but that don t change my problem
i am on windows 10
i have install and remove everquest4 times but i have the same problem all time

i have test install without antivirus or with i have the same problem
i have test with administrator right i have the same problem

i went in this place for having some solution

did you try installing an OS that isn't laden with spyware?

I had been trying to launch game from desktop icon by right-clicking and running as Administrator.
When I simply double left-clicked desktop icon game started as it should.

This, or something very close to this happened to me a couple of months ago when I installed onto a Windows 10 PC. Never fixed it to the point where if I want to play EQ I still do it from my laptop (which runs the also not much fun Windows 8).
