They actually are pretty dead outside of the high ZEM/popular zones. It's a graveyard in many zones

That's never going to change unless you stuff a server with way more players than it can handle. There's very few end-game dungeons, a single server could not accommodate the entire population.

Don't think Teal is any better. Still hard to get into a group and at the same time good luck trying to find any solo spots that aren't already occupied.
