Tank (War Pal SK)
Melee (Monk, Rogue, Ranger, Bard)
Int Caster (Wiz, Necro, Mage)
Wis Caster (Druid, Shaman, priest)

When posting in each forum there would be a required drop down where you select either General or the class you are posting about.

And to the argument above, we're talking PRIMARY roles.
For instance, a cleric is not primarily a puller.

I think if there were a subforum for each class, it wouldn't be any more sprawling and unmanageable than the current situation where everyone just posts their class concerns in Server Chat. I don't know why all the Kunark bug subforums haven't been rolled into one by now anyway.

i voted for archtype, then immediately wished i had voted per class. it would really be nice to have an active resource for each class for dudes like me who suck at this game.

the class wikis are nice to an extent, but extremely basic and sometimes even a little inaccurate.

i'm only glad i searched a bunch on my new character before giving him a mini-twinking. i had to do a bit of digging for it, and it's not entirely unreasonable, but class forums would streamline the effort so much.

i don't think i've ever had as much fun as i am now with a newbie ranger + silver swiftblade. IF ONLY EVERYONE COULD SHARE MY JOY

I voted for arch specific forums but now, thinking about it, what's the point? The wiki has an stupid amount of good information. If we added most of the important responses to the wiki, most of the questions would be answered by looking there.

I really agree that the P99 wiki is the best immediately go-to'able resource for information about P99, but as evidenced by new threads made every day in Server Chat, there are people who neglect to check with the wiki before rattling off even basic questions about classes or game mechanics. I feel that class-specific subforums would also allow much more player interactivity and discussion about gameplay philosophy than the wiki can offer =)
