Wiki auction prices question

Are the prices shown on the wiki taken from what's advertised in chat or are those actual sold prices?

Chat. People log auctions (with /log on) and then upload their logs to this page: http://wiki.project1999.com/Special:AuctionTracker

That way it's as fair and impartial as it can be, because it's people reporting other people's prices. If people just reported wat they supposedly paid for something (or sold it for), everyone would lie (if I want to buy X I'd claim I just bought it for half price to get people to sell it cheaper) and the data would be worthless.
