When are you playing? I've only investigated low level areas, but I can say pretty confidently that they are all camped pretty solid on Faydwer. Maybe its different on Antonica. I'm not sure where these "out of the way" places that people are ignoring are.

Qeynos area after you leave QH and WK is not that bad, mainly because the entire zones are roaming areas and not camps. South Karana for example has tons of open space to XP in if you really wanted to.

I believe theres a lump of racers grabbing legacy stuff and getting as much as they can before the temple patch.

Once the temple patch hits, content becomes larger, and legacy stops all at the same time. At that moment, the population will lower, and the content will increase. The items that come with that content are slightly more powerful, and will be more contained in a merge.

I'm not saying that's what will happen, or know anything, and i'm wrong all the time about stuff.

But if I placed a bet on this day on a timeline of when the servers remerge, I would place the bet on the Solusek Ro patch era.

The behavior players are exhibiting is precisely why the game evolved and why newer MMOs instituted instances. Folks cry that Everquest was this rare, raw MMO that is the best example...but only when it caters to their desires.

They announced in game that bringing Green server down for an update is neccessary to boot teal. They decided to bring it down at a later time.

I have been getting groups/duo without much waiting at all during my now 16 lvls in SF and CB. The differens is that Im playing a mage, not rouge. Teal will benefit me even more I think, since lower pop means easier finding solospot on top of being good dps for groups.
Rouge will have a rough time no matter how many servers there are.
