Spells: Bard songs now have a shorter duration

Was this intented? before I could twist 4 songs at a time, sometimes 5 with a struggle. Now im struggling to keep 3 going. Half the time the oldest of the three songs has faded before I can refresh it.

It was from stacking changes. Will put together a fix. I got like 6 things to push out for various issues.

I got more useful feedback from half a day of patch going live than 4 days of forced beta. Go figure.
