It used to be that way for quite a long time when P99 came up. This is something else I also consider to be an important part of maintaining a playerbase as it makes finding groups way easier.

That's why they make an ignore button. I think it would be a good idea for a global ooc too.

If you don't like global ooc can't you just right click your chat box and unclick it? or move it to a different chat box?
