Default power lvl

Hello, I would like to know if the power lvl is allowed? Because I have a lot of difficulty to play in the area of Mistmoore Castel .
If I write today it is because it lasts for a very long time and that this produces EVERY day. The area is cleared of monsters between the entry point and the graveyard.
In less than 5 minutes there is nothing and the action is repeated in loop, which means that there is no more possibility of killing monsters of smaller lvl in the area, and if like me you are lvl 30 you, you made eat by the monsters that are in the cemetery. It must be understood that the more you advance in MM the stronger the monsters are.
The powers lvl are accompanied by either a bard 60 but very often a druid 60 . I can give a very long list of players who do this every day. If you tell me that it is allowed I would only have to remain silent and suffer, otherwise I invite you to come and see if it is only once in the zone, I am sure that in a very short time you will see this phenomenon occur, Because I say it again, it’s every day and at any time. Thank you in advance.

Not true.

Can't comment on wether claiming the "whole" zone while PL'ing is allowed these days. Didn't use to be.

Zone disruption is banned:

Quote:
10. You may not disrupt the normal playability of a zone or area.

Zone/Area Disruption is defined as any activity designed to harm or inconvenience a number of groups rather than a specific player or group of players. This includes, but is not limited to::

-Monopolizing most or all of the kills in an area.

...
However, what you described doesn't sound like disruption to me. You wrote:

That's what, two or three camps worth of mobs? I'm no GM, but that just sounds like a person doing a few camps when no one else is there; no harm in that.

So what do you do? Just talk to the guy: P99's rules are all about sharing, and since Mistmoore counts as a dungeon zone, that means a small group of NPCs in line of site of each other count as a camp. Once you ask, the other player is obligated to pick their favorite camp to keep. After that, you get to pick one camp, and then the rest are free for all.

Of course, the simpler option is to just go to a different camp, but if you don't want to, just talk to the other player.

Download OBS and capture it, especially any interactions. Unfortunately on blue/green you have to use the Elf Court system and hope to receive a judgement in your favor.

Part of the Play Nice Policy is to communicate first, petition second.

Ideally the other party would have an ounce of self-awareness but it is p99. Did you ever send them a /tell and ask if you could claim a handful of spawns to XP on?
