Did that Flame Goblin Wizard have a rune on him? That causes the appearance of partials. Deflux resisting is absurd though, so broken.
It's possible but I have never seen Deflux hit below 330 when it lands and I am not sure if low level wizard even has a spell rune.

I had a griffin in WC resist my pox of bertoxx spell on my 60 sham, then on the next cast he resisted sham epic click.


Seems weird.

Hey everyone,

I just started playing and being that I'm behind the curve decided on a necro to get up fast. Well, I've had lifetap resists on just about everything from greens to reds, lifetaps which in the original eq I could cast on things 50 levels higher and have them land (and run like hell afterwards). From the looks of this thread, is this something recent for Project 1999 or is this the way it has been and that's how it's gonna be? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
