Druid spell Frost, particle effect wrong

Pretty sure lvl 57 druid spell "frost" should have the same particle effect as a shaman ice nuke, not the ice column particle effect. Going from memory though - I had a druid main on live back in the day and remember it did not have the ice column particle effect.
