I cooked last night.
It was a deer hind quarter steak from a deer I killed a gutted myself. I put some grass-fed butter into a skillet and cooked it for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat. Put some raw broccoli next to it and poured the fat and butter on top. Done. | ||
