Default Classic EQ videos

Hello everyone, recently I have been looking for old EQ videos to hunt for any hints classic features that existed (I began hoping to find evidence that mob channeling on P99 is whack, meaning you shouldn't be able to reliably push mobs to interrupt CHeal).

The journey wasn't as fruitful as I hoped, so hoping you can post some links in here of any classic videos you know of. Never know what tidbits you may find!

Here are some videos I found, and possibly some takeaways from them, I welcome your analysis as well:

Sleeper's Tomb Raid:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zA7e...ature=youtu.be

About 1:14 and 2:50 is a picture of what appears to be a monk wearing a Bracer of Benevolence. I mention this as someone posted a bug thread saying it should be tinted black. It seems like P99 got it right tho, unless any raiders can let me know what other monk high end bracer could look like this?

Interesting around the 4:10 mark it appears as if 2 golems are charmed and fighting the boss mob. I don't know jack about Sleeper's Tomb as I never raid there and will never get keyed, but can these mobs be charmed on P99? There is one large one attacking, and lower left shows a shrunken version wielding weapons. You can tell they are pets as they walk back to their master after the boss dies.

This could just be mages with Monster Summoning, but earlier in the video one had an epic pet. I also don't know if Monster Summoning would make your pet as large as the one in the video. Also not sure if the robe they are wearing gives clues to their class?

Trakanon Raid:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULXG...ature=youtu.be

Possible this is Luclin era, I just noticed the Juggs were charmed and mezzed in the video, is that possible on P99? Track also dropped 4 teeth + 2 BPs + 1 spell. Not sure how his loot table is on P99.

Maestro Fight:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG7s...ature=youtu.be

Appears to be early era, probably pre-kunark. Not sure what info can be gathered from this one, but is fun to see some old school stuff going down.

Innoruuk Raid:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGJq...ature=youtu.be

Probably my favorite video, just remembering it going down like this back in the day. Picturing a bunch of my fellow nerds with bloodshot eyes after clearing the full plane and then taking down the big man.

I seem to remember a bunch of folks LD after large encounters much like the video shows.

Not sure what info could be gathered by this, maybe some of Inny's spell set (although it appears it is the pre-upgrade version).

Lavastorm Mountains:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9XL...ature=youtu.be

Not sure which era this is from, but shows drakes and goblins being full on greenie agro (attacking you regardless of your level). I don't believe that is the case on P99.

Dain Frostreaver IV:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9d--ibE6iQ&sns=em

Not sure what info can be gathered from these, maybe you raiders may know?

NToV Vulak Wipe:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFz-...ature=youtu.be

I remember this vid back in the day, thought it was hilarious. Apparently it was a staged wipe video, they weren't stupid to pull vulak during full pop, but just wanted a fun video to show.

That's all I really found in era, enjoy! And please post links to other in era videos, would love to see them and comb through for data!

I would suggest also posting on Daybreak forums, you might reach a much larger population of people who may have some old videos archived on their PCs.

I like to hope the owner pointed a video camera at his CRT monitor and recorded everything to VHS.

We need the return of Fansy in Rivervale. Using charm to grief anyone/everyone for the good team! This one may be lost to time.

Sinzan Zizi is a legend

The 'Has Anybody Here Seen My Corpse?' song still occasionally runs through my head to this day.
