Well, I found someone else that has TWC and plays on the server. He happens to live in the same city as me and lives 5 minutes away. We both experience the issues at the same exact time. 2 "True" Linkdeads tonight where the 100% slowly went down at identical times, but the internet was still working. Here's hoping TWC fixes it.

yeap it sucks. multiple disconnects this evening from just the server, rest of internet is perfectly fine.

so I think I mostly resolved this by throttling my mumble... somehow it was eating my internets alive. not sure if that helps anyone else.
