200 is called the Soft Cap
255 is called the Hard Cap
What evidence do we have for a cha soft cap?

A couple people have looked at it related to critical lull fails. Due to the randomness of charm duration it would be really hard to test the effects of 200+ cha on it, but it stands to reason it follows the same pattern as lull.
