Game Mechanics: Prayer Beads ( 2 charge Heal item ) should drop from one of the jogged in West karana

So I rem these beads dropping from one of the Running Cleric / paladins in west karana.

I killed a few of them and never saw the beads on red server

You can see in the post there was confusion as to which beads actually had to be turned into the Shadow Knight guildmaster Garuc Anehm in the Qeynos Catacomb or Commander Kane.

Right now, half of these drop the prayer beads and the others drop order of thunder.

Half and half sounds right, it should be split by faction. This post (way out of timeline) sums it up.

it looks like the Priests of Life NPCs for this quest drop Prayer Beads, and the Knights of Thunder drop Order of Thunder. Here's all the NPC's and which faction they belong to :

Doing the best cross checking I can with classic sources isn't turning up much but lore-wise that's what makes sense. People tended to just refer to the whole group as one, not specifially mentioning which name dropped what.

I'm having a hard time finding if the zombie in the Qeynos Aqueducts was actually named "Drosco" on live like it is on p99. It seems that it might have just been "a zombie" that had a chance to drop the quest items. Seems many people just referred to him as Drosco the zombie or Drosco because the quest never really mentions that he's a zombie until you find out. P99s spawn mechanics for it seem correct.

Drosco's part should be functioning properly. His name was originally drosco but was changed a zombie later.

FWIW I did discover you can still get a trigger by manually typing a hail message with his name.
