Lightbulb Deep Water Cycling and Our Sinking Oceans

Perusing a *reputable* aggregation of newsly thangses, I was introduced to the concept of DEEPWATER CYCLES AND OUR SINKING OCEAN(s). I would like to know what the consensus is on the interplay of this geologic mecharnism and MAN-MADE GLKBAL WARMING.

Q: How much do we need our oceans to sink to offeset the arctic ice melt from careless F250 use and keep Florida (more or less) within the Union?
