Default Erudite Necro Faction

My erudite necromancer is lvl 28 now, and I continue to be surprised by how good his faction is. I'm non-kos in both Firiona and the OT for example. I never thought a necro would be so readily accepted! Just another benefit to going erudite I suppose.

It's one of those things, add in that in skeleton form (from 34) you'll also be non-kos in Grobb/Oggok/Neriak and can trade/bank without issues...evil isn't really "hard" on an eru [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

No, Iksar are the only correct Necromancer race and everyone who picks any other race should burn in a fiery pit of n00b-ness for choosing such a sub-optimal character!

I've got 2 iksar necros (one on blue, one on red) and couldn't imagine the struggle of not playing one. Hats off to those who take the harder road.

Cabilis, too -- and even with the Scaled Mystics (Crusader Quarg) because Heretics worship Cazic-Thule.

Just about everyone loves Erudite Necromancers.

Most good races think that Erudites are the bees knees.

Evil races think that Cazic Thule worshiping Necromancers aren't too bad.

Pretty nice combo IMO.

Does that mean erudite necros are better received in the game than gnome necros?

If so, rightly so <3

I'm not sure, but I'd love to do a comparison if someone has a gnome necro and hasn't ruined factions by killing guards and the like. I've been pleasantly surprised by how well received I have been.

I don't know for sure, but being a follower of Bertoxxulous might not make the evil races like Trolls (who follow Cazic and Innoruuk), and Ogres (who follow Cazic and Rallos) like you as much. But being a gnome might make good races like elves tolerate you better than Erudites.

Would be interesting to see where their factions go worldwide. I think Human necros are in a similar boat too.
