Though it's some level of a judgement call (as with most changes), this change seems wrong given everything in this thread including a safehouse post talking about them dropping in-era. I understand though if doing if doing it for "spirit of the game" purposes.

Where are you getting this? Initial entry for Desiccated Halfling Mask, for example, was almost three months after Spirit Wracked Cord.

Halfling mask should also be removed if we're using the logic in this thread as precedent. there's no non-anecdotal evidence that it dropped prior to Luclin release.

Of course... assuming that they made random changes to Chardok loot tables with the Luclin release is ridiculous.

Halfling mask was documented within a month and it was constantly talked about.

Last updated: October 29, 2001 and by that point someone had even sent in an in-game screenshot not just the stats.

There were random unannounced changes to Chardok after Luclin, that is not an assumption.
