Miscellaneous: Half Elf Rangers in Qeynos

Normally, aren't rangers supposed to start in Surefall Glade? Half Elves, (and maybe just those of Tunare) who start in Qeynos start by the PoD without any note... is this intended?

Actually, hate to bump but the thread won't let me edit.

Druids and Rangers of all Qeynos origins should be starting in the glade rather than the city. I remember it as happening in classic. Will this ever be made true here too? Maybe I just have a bug?
