Sir Hobble Rep Help?

I am not on good terms with sir hobble as a dark elf, i have all 3 dragon scales, but i need to farm rep to be able to talk to sir hobble and squire fuz. anyone know best way to go about it?

You can slaughter goblins in warslik woods for firiona vie faction. Maybe get a shrunken goblin skull earring or two along the way.

Or if you are lazy just get someone to trigger and turn in the quest for you.

I believe sir hobbles faction is the storm guard not inhabitants of fv. Are the scales tradeable?

The only no drop part of wurmy is that gem iirc. As long as you have scales, you can turn them in on a lvl 1 alt.
