NPC Spawn Issue: Oasis of Marr

I was wandering around in Oasis looking for Sand Giants just to see how many were up. Unfortunately I didn't see 1. Only the named Cazel was up. I asked if anyone was killing them and nobody answered. I remember there being around 3 in the zone up at one time. Anyone know about this?

Many of the roaming npcs in the dunes should have a low % chance of spawning a sand giant.

It's on my list to fix.
