VPN Exception
Hi,
I want to use a VPN for most of my web traffic, however have an exception for EQ to minimise latency. From what I can tell eqgame.exe just communicates with 50.23.91.236 (auth2.lavishsoft.com). I put in a static route to bypass the VPN for that IP, which is working, however still seem to get latency in EQ. Are there any other IPs which need to be excluded from the VPN? I notice that www.project1999.com is at 144.121.19.170 - is the server hosted on a similar IP? Thanks | ||

lavishsoft is for the wineq2 app. I think it just connects to check license at startup, and nothing else.
hosts.txt has the eqemu loginserver ip. you could add that. however you'll need to find another way to obtain p1999 servers ip to add
