unfortunately 2003 is outside of era so evidence from that time period doesn't count

I was running through Burning Woods and decided to attack a giant to test this out. Skean proc'ed, and though the duration was short and the mob did not spin, it DID land a stun. " Seems wasn't the stun that landed, but the spin visual? Who knows how that affected aggro.

Around the time this evidence was posted the level 61 mage pet could stun mobs up to level 6000. It could not stun unstunnable mobs but a lot of older raid bosses were never flagged unstunnable. I did mage groups to kill a lot of them. Dain for instance, was destroyed by a mage group since the banish doesn't effect pets, he was stunnable and he hits so low that the pet always enraged. Vindi however, was not stunnable. So we used earth pets, who were able to root mobs immune to run speed changes and would enrage more often. Statue was stunnable, actually he's so low level that a 65 PC was able to keep him stunned. Even lots of PoP bosses weren't flagged unstunnable. A notable boss that was obviously being stunned was Quavonis in plane of fire, who's AE had like a 7 second cast time. If you had air pets on him you could see them interrupt him every time. I once gave a slow stick to an air pet against Doomshade to see if pets could slow immune mobs but they could not. But I'm pretty sure NPC slow would overwrite slow mitigation.
I guess that's a pointless story to say, nothing could stun unstunnable mobs. | ||
