Are you a Torpor Shaman? It sounds like you are not. Torpor is a game changing spell that allows you to regenerate your entire HP bar in 3 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjZxMlJSCDc Constant regeneration becomes meaningless when you aren't regenerating most of the time, and when you are in combat you are using Torpor to heal. Math-wise it takes 12 minutes for Troll Regen to heal you 1200 HP, which is one Torpor. If a fight was determined by a single Torpor, the problem was more of your skill or the target you picked to fight, rather than lack of regen. FSI allows you to land slows much easier on the pull. That is when the encounter usually fails, if you cannot land slow initially.

No. Torpor is much more powerful than any Druid healing spell. Clerics heals are the ones that beat Torpor. Natures touch is better at healing more HP in a single go, but it is much less mana-efficient.

Torpor is 1200 over time, Nature's Touch is 880 instantly. NT has no penalties, Torpor kills your movement speed and your melee DPS while it's active.

I guess if we're talking about mana efficiency then Torpor wins easily, but Nature's Touch by comparison doesn't seem bad.

Yeah you missed my edit. Sorry about that. Natures Touch is simply much less efficient mana-wise. And in any sustained healing situation, that is generally what wins out. Not saying Natures Touch doesn't have it's place. Natures Touch is a 2HP to 1Mana ratio. Torpor is 6HP to 1Mana ratio. 3x more efficient. And while yes Torpor reduces your DPS, you can't DPS when you are dead hehe.

NT and Torpor probably combine well actually, Burst heal combined with HoT to help save on Cleric mana and preserve those precious CH's.

Yes! Typically if your Warrior is fighting a tough mob, you put Torpor on them and have Druids do off-healing on top of it. This helps fill the gaps between CH's.

Ah, good to know. So Ogre Warrior isn't massively ahead of all other Warrior races then.

I've always leaned towards Barbarian for my Warrior race, personally.
