The time has come: Attn Rogean, Sirken and Braknar.
Red99 as it stands is dead, and it is only those clinging on to what they have on red99 that remain. All people do now is raid 10 hours a day for their 3rd or 4th NToV geared alt.
Everyone wants a new PvP server starting from classic. Everyone from enemy guilds can agree on this. Everyone that posts on these forms that played 2-3 years ago agree. The players want a new server, and you are our masters in this fact. Forget Discord, forget teams. Can we please have the current red99 merged into blue, and make a new PvP server? Please! Please! Please! | ||

yeah delegitimizing the project is on rogeans agenda....
best you can hope for is some rich guy offers rogean money to launch another pvp box, while maintaining the current shit99 box.

There isn't going to be another server. Guaranteed that among the terms listed on the P99 - DBG agreement are the following 2:
1. Penalty of death (or close to it) if the P99 database ever leaks. 2. No new servers without further permission from DBG. Inside info. Seriously. | ||

I will throw a bunch of money at Rogean if he will enact PLAN P99 PURPLE (aka 'The Dream is Real'):
1. Allow players to choose between red (PvP) and blue (PvE) character flagging during the character creation process, and to change their flag after level 20 based on membership in a red (PvP) guild or blue (PvE) guild. 2. Guilds would be perma-flagged based on the flag carried by the guild’s founder at the time of the guild’s creation. Switching guild membership and/or creating a guild could be subject to lengthy lockouts in order to avoid exploitation of this system. 3. The /guildwar command could also be fixed so that blue guilds may participate in the PvP aspect of the server at a time and in a manner of their choosing, by warring each other, or by warring with a red guild. 4. Red and blue players could also be permitted to crossteam their healing and buffing, but with the effectiveness of their abilities heavily penalized when used by blue players on red players, so that cross-teaming is occasionally useful in casual grouping situations (a red cleric healing a blue warrior, for instance) and would facilitate interaction between the red and blue communities, but would not permit for heavy exploiting of cross-team invulnerability in PvP. Venture capital awaits your response. | ||
