Merchants: Felwithe Fletchers No Fletching Kit

So Uhm.. The Felwithe Fletchers for some reason doesnt sell any fletching kits.. But they do have a small sewing kit and some sewing kit stuff... Which is kinda cool but no fletching kits.

Its a fletching shop.. without a fletching kit.. I remember going to this fletching shop to buy fletching kits before ... Im sure a lot of people have. Assuming it just got overlooked.
