Default This is gonna sound stupid but are you sure there's not a rarer version of stomples?

For some reason I remember stomples name as being "21".

not sure why at all, on my server in 2001 there was a shaman who camped that room 24/7 for a long long time, he really loved thrones. I chatted with him sometimes when I was doing less popular, less rewarding, easier portions of PoM.

Maybe I'm just remembering something he said about a minimum spawn time? who knows. it was 14years ago so my brain might just be filling memory gaps with garbage information.

There doesn't seem to be any way to play blackjack in PoM at all does there?

There are some invisble man mobs named TwentyTwo in each iteration of the Alice in Wonderland portion of PoM.

There is no card game for blackjack in PoM.

twentytwo must've been what I am remembering. I must've remembered it as what I thought was some sort of developer joke about blackjack.

I can't find any reference to 22 on http://wiki.project1999.com/Plane_of_Mischief
misremembering 21 instead of 22, whew, my memory isn't totally going, that's a fair mistake to make after 14years. the fact that 22 is an npc in alice in wonderland makes me feel good. I just wish I knew what it meant, or did, but I guess half of the plane of mischief is gibberish that's there for no reason? eh?

Based on the fact my shaman buddy camped alice in wonderland 24/7 for months on end... I think the claim at http://planeofmischief.com/twenty2.htm that this was the "only" place to get thrones might be correct, or at very least it was the biggest/fastest/easiest source of thrones.... yet http://wiki.project1999.com/Plane_of_Mischief lists the puppets as the better source of thrones.... then again... IIRC people were always trying the puppet room back in the day with pet classes. Mostly necromancers. So maybe puppets were easier for necromancers and alice was easier for a shaman? Or maybe no one had figured out the Geb murder trick to make the puppets actually work?

now that I've got the number right, thanks you to, I googled this up: http://planeofmischief.com/twenty2.htm

I also wish we had a top secret floor in the tower of frozen shadow. Velious was full of rumors back in the days before wiki's, one of the things I loved about it.

this page doesn't mention thrones, but also doesn't mention geb http://planeofmischief.com/bb.htm

Sniffles/Stomples was like a 1 Week Respawn I think.

p99 wiki has it at 36hour spawn atm, which seems reasonable given that someone I knew tried camping it 24/7 which if it was really a weekly spawn wouldn't've made sense.

and since 22 is the name of a mob, clearly 21 was never the spawn time of anything, I just misremembered 22 as 21, and since beta is down it's not like I could just go look.
