I had EQ back thanks to your installer... then this patch came and now I have no EQ again.... just in time for my WEEKEND. UGH! Please save me... I don't know what I am doing at all and can't find the files to add patch to them...

1. Click link at top of first post.
2. Hit open with(winzip or 7zip or whatever you use)
3. Once it opens hit extract to.
4. Find your EQ folder and hit extract.
5. Click Yes to all for overwrites.

I cannot find the folder with EQ in it, it has somehow disappeared...

Okay I found it and did it and clicked yes to overwrite and still get same error on character page as before...

edit: apparently the files somehow got moved into my Toshiba folder and the other files I was seeing were unrelated. got characters on my char selection screen again. WOOT!

Anyone know why the duxa UI chat windows cut off the lower part of text at the very bottom? This is in a new chat window.

Edit:

Figured out it was my resolution in windowed mode, I selected the resolution out of the installer, smaller window but meh, no more chopped off text in new windows.

I use the DuxaUI and like it very much. However, is there a way I can change <EQType>11</EQType> ( range ) to <EQType>4</EQType> ( right ear ) ?

I have tried copying the file to another folder to make changes, but cannot edit the file.

Any ideas?

Do you just want to change the location? If so, just swap out the <x>/<y> on both slots. They'll move but keep the same value.
