Believe it or not they're actually trying to dick me over on the payout. I saved them a couple grand on medical bills by skipping out on the hospital. I dare them to try their luck at a jury trial on this one.

The payout on your car should be the actual cash value and its a totally separate payout from the medical portion of your claim. You need to get that rib checked out though, serious internal dmg could happen with a broken rib.I'm glad you are alive Uth.

any hematoma you might have could grow a Thrombus that might kill you . if you are a smoker or in any other kind a risk patient , you might go and let a doctor check you up . also you might get a trauma even weeks after the accident . go -> doctor . I'm betting 20 crying petitions that Uth is rethinking the going to see the doctor part. You don't feel anything the first day, it's the next day that kicks you in the ass and knocks you upside your head.

I've had parts of my body I had no idea I had sore from a car wreck. This looks like it wasn't just a slight bump either! Not many people walk away from wrecks like this on both feet.
