On blue and green there are other players so you sometimes cant kill somethings.

As far as I remember (I haven't played blue in quite a while), static spawn points can be claimed by just parking yourself on the spot. Nobody else is "allowed" to engage unless you delay or are otherwise unable to keep up with the respawn. Or something like that.

And yeah. To the guy posting "what do you need the pp for anyway?" ... this is both amazing plat AND xp even after the stupid wolves are greened out.

You cannot contest a static spawn that's camped.

Keep in mine there will be more competition on launch than currently in the beta, especially when everyone will be looking for ways to make money.

Theyve said an 80% reduction in spawn timers in newb areas. So 5x increase.

A very true sentiment! I honestly had no idea mobs and/or behavior like this would be protected by the PnP.

I still want to see where someone in the first couple months of release was getting several plat for this quest, along with that neclo quest I doubt these existed early on in vanilla. People would have known about it and it would have gotten the nerf bat just like the tumpy quest within months. instead the only posts I seem to find about talking about plat are almost a year after release.
