That being said, also usually half green's pop or less
How to destroy 2 servers for the price of one decision. Green was a mistake.

A merger and fresh Green would improve Blue's population by about 50%. It's not too late to save us before we're all admitted to the nursing homes. It's been a ghost town for a while if you do some traveling around or just /who all <zone>

As far as Vanquish, I think there's some lessons to be learned.

Playmakers need "warm bodies" and vice versa. If one goes the nuclear option (guild kicks) people over mistakes, yells and berates guild members publicly, and creates an overall atmosphere of fear.. then it's no wonder said "warm bodies" will see the results of taking initiative and choose to remain a "warm body" over risking guild removal for trying and failing. At the very least you won't get kicked, yet the overall effect spells doom for any guild. Playmakers get burnt out carrying the weight and it's just a vicious death spiral. If everyone improves their contributions to a guild by 10%, the benefits are much more than any single playmaker putting in 100%.

Apathy, indifference, and poor leadership decisions all contribute heavily towards the health of every guild just as much as encouragement, tolerance/patience, and enjoyment does.

I've got a dayroom full of non-ambulants who can run macros but I can't run that room and the mobiles at the same time. If anyone wants to come aboard, and can cover some HIIPA bases when the inspectors come, we are located in Turlock. You just need the usual certs for adult care.

I agree about blue. It's not worth it at all at this point.

And people get agitated in this state. Peeps really need to stop thinking any of this is "real" anger like in normal people. I got one lady, she just barks all day. Does that mean she is a dog?? Get a clue.

Remember when you stood up to your bully then got on your knees and rejoined VQ unchainedfury? Take your own advice next time , hope that helps.

Doesn't Riot have a "No RNF" policy? Just curious in case your very nature and being is impacted.

UCF doesn't get down on his knees for anyone and you have no idea what my motivations were and are.

Is this truly the best you can do, Ramen?

Let's start with an original name and maybe we can go from there.

Obfuscation and redundancy.

You bore everyone here and forgot to put your signature cliche phrase.
