Back on topic This is not a Live Server. This is not a server that generates money that can hire people to fix a clusterfuck of pointless "bugs" that in the larger scheme of things don't matter Stop comparing it to a professional software environment/server. This is a hobby box. I think it's the best box on the internet, but it's not a pro box ok? It is impossible to recreate Classic as it was 20 years ago and who are we kidding? One of you want to create a bug report about hoops? Think that will ever get reverted back to Classic Era? Yea ok good luck Does the timeline matter so much to you that having the exact spell gems and pet colors really matter that much (to you or to) the average player for a couple of weeks? The answer is No Secondly, I'll say it again. The economy on both servers right now are suffering from hyper inflation that can be directly linked to the state of spell research as it was at launch. There was no check on prices to keep them deflated to the point where people were paying 500+ for one combine attempt. This has devalued the purchasing power of every player's bank account across both servers. If you can't grasp this that's not my problem. It is what it is It's no coincidence that there are multiple threads with griping Druids complaining they aren't getting "tipped" enough like some fat stripper in Tijuana. There has been an ongoing run on the player driven market from the get go because supply and demand is all out of whack for a number of reasons, including the inability for pet reliant classes to buy a necessary spell past lvl 20 at launch I see a lot of projection of supposed intentions onto people like Dolalin to handicap mages at launch as nothing more than trying to make the server as classic as possible. BS The reality is people like Dolalin were afraid that mages were going to steamroll content out of the gate with their pet and they took measures to make sure that didn't happen. How else can you prevent mages from doing that? Simple. Remove all their pets 34+ so the first raid kills weren't done with by a bunch of mages and their pets Think I'm reaching? https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=341150 Quote:
