The problem, though, is that capitalism can only exist in a country that is small, with high IQs, and an altruistic/non-tribal/hard working culture. We have not had capitalism in the US for at least 100 years, unless you seriously think that free markets can exist when trading in fiat currency that is constantly created and given to the well connected. Look at what happened with Kodak just this week:
  • Kudlow & Trump give Kodak $765 million in loans "to create a pharmaceutical startup over the next 8 years". I have no idea what that means and neither do you.
  • The day before the announcement, Kodak's CEO is granted 1.75 million options "shield Continenza’s overall stake in the company from being diluted by a $100 million convertible bond deal clinched in May 2019".
  • The day before the announcement, 1.6 million shares of Kodak change hands at $2.50, vs the usual 80,000.
  • Kodak now trades at $30 per share. So another $1 billion transferred directly from taxpayers to the swamp.
This is why I cannot support Trump any more, and why I believe that after he is reelected he will abandon any pretense of trying to serve his base and turn his efforts into helping the American people come to terms with our de facto status as a colony of Israel. The timing of these corona virus lockdowns is remarkably convenient for the globalists; otherwise more people might be wondering if some of our economic problems might, just maybe, come from the various Central Banks of the world.

The wild card to me is the Internet. Imagine someone like Nirgon writing these things 4 years ago - people have woken up a lot. But will it matter when everyone is employed by BigCorp and dependent on corona virus stimulus cheques? What fraction of humanity is actually capable of creating a decent civilization? I mean, if any nation had a chance it was Sweden, a nation with an average IQ of 105, tremendously altruistic genetics, and a population of only 10 million. And look at them now: no one can use Sweden as an example of socialist successes any more! I sadly think that the fraction of us who could grow up in a capitalist paradise and still have the willpower and motivation to maintain it is a straight 0.0. The 'good' news is that we are about to go back into the tank for a new round of painful biological and cultural evolution.
Lol there's always gotta be a "God damn jews!!" guy

Israel and Egypt get 3 or 8 billion ish in aid because we paid them to stop attacking each other. It's really nothing in terms of the budget.

Then why do we have taxes? If the budget doesn’t matter, why do I pay taxes? Is it simply to punish the wealthy or to enforce “fairness?” Please pretend I’m a dolt (and on balanced budgets I apparently must be because I’d rather be crucified than have debt or be a burden) and explain this in as simple terms as possible why debt doesn’t matter but yet we still need taxes

If budgets don’t matter, ie the deficit, why do we require revenue for the government? I genuinely do not understand how the national debt doesn’t cause visceral pain in all red blooded Americans as a profound source of collective failure

Lenin was totally dishonest. I don't see how anyone can seriously argue that because rich people have too much power we should give up all of our personal liberties so that those same people can can don their communist party hats and have even more power. At least we don't have people being sent to the gulags here yet.

1. For quite some time deficits have not mattered because we are the world's reserve currency, so foreign nations constantly need to buy dollars by giving us stuff. Google Triffin's paradox. At some point we will lose that status.

2. Because fiat currencies can be created out of thin air (that's why they call them fiat) there must be some corresponding process by which they are destroyed or they will no longer be scarce. Thus, for every dollar of 'bold economic stimulus' given to the 1% that you are allowed to work for, most of it must come back out of the system via taxes, stock market manipulation, loans, etc.
