Seahorse is way more bang for your buck.

Sky belt is MQ-able. No idea how much it would sell for, but that would be your ultimate end goal w/o having to raid.

Doesn't delay round to a whole number? So most weapons don't see a difference at all unless 35 or 36% was the exact cutoff
