Quest Issue: Putrid Skeletons quest rewarding 0-charge potion

I turned in the Pouch of Evidence to Priestess Jahnda as the final turn-in for http://wiki.project1999.com/Putrid_Skeletons and received this as a reward:

It really was zero-charge, too; I tried to click it. Should be a single charge, expendable potion.

Technically classic was rewarding a 1 charge potion but clicking it did nothing. So this eliminates confusion more (but still generates bug reports)
