Memory and Login Error

I've been looking through the forums and trying different fixes, but nothing is quite taking care of the problem I'm having.

Whether I use "Launch Titanium" or "eqgame" I immediately get the application error "The instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read". It makes no difference if I click "ok" or ignore this box, the game launches and gets to the login screen. When I enter my account info, the dialogue box with "Logging in to the server, please wait..." pops up but never goes any further.

Anyone had any experience with this problem or ideas on what to do to progress? I'd love to get on and play EQ oldschool again! Thanks in advance.
