Bard question - Lyssa's Locating

Hello all. Unfortunately my newbie Bard died and I played other toons for a week or so following the tragedy. When I decided to return playing him, I forgot what zone I died in.
I loaded up Lyssa's, visited every zone I had visited while playing Lyssa's (targeting self) but was never able to get a read on my corpse.

Question - is there a "Range" on this song and how far away it can detect your corpse?

Corpse timer is 7 days, and it poofed. Now you have to make a petition for a GM to restore your corpse.
