I would expect it to take no less than 14 days played, longer if you actually enjoy the game and don't sit in a corner killing the same pixel for days.

I am giving him some real information on how to expect it to take to reach level 50. I am not going to sugar coat it and say it takes the same time as WOW, 3 days.

You can reach it in 6 days as a bard, if you got empty zones the whole time. You could do it in 10 days as a wizard if you exploited spells and items that should not be in the game and rechargable. But your average person is going to take at least 14 days played.
