Game Mechanics: Death after Gating

Anyone else every experience this? 2nd time it's happened to me. Not frequent though.

So the situation is, I'm in trouble with maybe 3-4% HP left and I gate out. The gate goes through clean but when I spawn at my bind point I come out as dead. No DOTs on me.

Wondering if this is a known bug.

Its not a bug. When you zone your character takes 1-2 more seconds before he leaves the zone. So in that extra second after zoning, the mobs probly killed you before your character was removed from the zone.

This has happened to me a few times,you have to be careful when gating or zoning at low hp.

well, zoning at low HP might be benefical assuming no one is hiting on you... if you zone with less HP than your +hp, you are actually stripped of all buffs/dots...
