Pretty rare piece, as rare as the Mottled one.
Might want to hit up the guilds that still do sky like Azure Guard.

Yeah - figured. The ring is certainly a fun item, but not quite great enough for me to take a bunch of people up to spirocs for that only. Still hoping a guild banker or something might have one though.
