How is it more potent, it is damage reduction and effectively exactly what I said.

made a warrior because of this thread. Up to level 28. very fun. Was confused when my ranger didn't have crippling blows below 40% hp but instead just died.

Just wait until you get used to warrior maintaining full run speed down to 5% hp then try a last minute gtfo on a different toon
