Tehres some good drama online I saw this meme:

This happened a while ago, Ethan erased his interviews with JP, and JP said "well if this is the side you're chosing the chickens will come home to roost one day" basically warning him that he was going to get canceled.



Last month ethan made some comments about Will smith that got him cancled by the BLM supporters:



then a few weeks later he made some jokes about this LGBTQ streamer:



And basically lost all the LGBTQ subscribers.

and now he's down like 10k and all his sponsors.

was JP right? Did the chickens come home?

Cooking has been a hobby for me for a long time. Grew up on the food channel in its hey days in the early 2000's before reality TV consumed it.

Alton Brown, my favorite professional Chef. Easy to understand science behind it.



Townsends and sons, old recipes from the 18th century he intertwines some history in each of the videos. Mushroom ketchup is ridiculously good, and you should absolutely make some.

Oxford Q and A is always a fantastic channel to play in the background.

Marco Pierre White always interjects philosophy in cooking.

I made the Chicken Lyonnaise that he featured as a Titanic 2nd class course about two weeks ago. Delicious. Acidic and vinegary but delicious.

just watched that one. Seems like a lot of vinegar. did you make the demi glaze from scratch?

Cut back on the vinegar like he suggested and no, I used that package he used. Not easy to find in my Shop Rite. Customer service didn't even know what I was asking for but there it was on top shelf in small boxes.
