Disarm Skill

Any ideas on a good way to work up your /disarm skill.

I am hitting it every chance I get with a mob armed with a weapon, but not sure if there is an easier way to skill up such as handing a green mob a weapon and continually /disarming him?

This is for a monk.

Lizards outside CT in Feerrott
- Disarm until successful
- FD (low level mobs so FD clears agro automatically)
- Sneak behind mob & hand the weapon back
- Repeat

Ripostes eventually kill the mob. Not a big deal cuz there's tons of them in that area.
