How do I get permission for two accounts same IP

Hi there! My gf and I are trying to get started up but my friend and his wife who told us about the server said we have to get permission to have two accounts of the same IP but I'm not seeing how to do that!

If that link doesn't work, go to the forums page, and scroll down a little bit to Petition/Exploit. You gotta post a thread in there and wait for it to get reviewed as far as I know
