Green login/connection stability issues?

Anyone else having login or stability issues on green currently?

I can login and load characters on blue with no problems at all.

Green is randomly kicking me back to front login before character select, letting me select a character but never loading in, or just disconnecting if by some chance my character did make it in (looks like I died on the disconnect).
