Unable to login to game

I hate to ask this, but how do I figure out what my login account is for the actual game?
I made an account here 3 years ago and just recovered it, and did play the game before for a bit, but now I can't seem to login to the game anymore. I know the forum account and game account is seperate, but I can't seem to figure this out for the life of me. I tried making an account using the https://www.project1999.com/account/?Play page. But step 4 seemed to automatically skip over for me or something, as I wasn't actually able to input anything.

I would appreciate any help I can get. I tried using my forum account info to login, and obviously that didn't help.
