It's RACIST to think that black people, being people too, should be held accountable as moral agents in the world.

It's ANTI-RACIST to treat black people as a whole like children who should be excused for blatant acts of crime because of the historical systems of institutional oppressions or whatever, even though the vast majority of black people *don't* commit crime.
