I entered upper guk with one of my characters with the plan of enjoying the evening doing some temple of sol Ro quests. Having had good luck in other zones, I had no issues getting 2 drops in Guk and went after a 3rd. In all instances, no one was camping anything so I guess I was in a good mood.

My target was the nokta shaman for an orb which has a 17% chance to spawn, and a 1/3 drop rate (if that). I strolled over to the spawn site, saw it was empty, confirmed the Loc was right, summoned a pet, waited over 10 min, then respawns happened and I blew them up. Around then you showed up and said it was your camp. I got the immediate impression that you and your friend(s) were roving from chamber to chamber to collect frog Exp with timed respawns in a cycle, which is normally a good plan. The thing is, while I respected your desire for exp, I didn't feel a particular need to ask persmission to loot a quest drop from a camp that wasn't being held for an extended time period.

Back when I first started playing on the server I learned early on that camps require a physical presence to be held. While camping the Lfay sisters at lvl 16 and then later on, the butcherblock dock dwarves I ended up losing both camps because I went off to sell during respawn downtime and returned in both instances to someone else being there, even though no spawns were up yet. Two different GM's informed me each time of what I just typed - the moment I left the camp, I gave it up. The new people that were sitting at the sites were the new owners.

Oddly enough, at least one person in the zone didn't feel the urge to come leaping to your defense. But stating that I KS'd you and took the spawn location while you were present is complete bullshit. Screenshots with crappy UI incoming.

But hey, on the bright side I got my completely retarded quest item drop within 2 hours of camping it the correct way, just like the game intended. I feel so proud.

You left out the the fact every mob was cleared at the camp and we were sitting at the safe spot waiting for repops, we were standing right next to u messaging you during the very first repop, you literally ran right by us like an ass and started ksing our mobs and took over the camp. We had every mob cleared at camp for about 3 hours straight with around 3 - 5 mins of downtime between respawns. This guy is a rela piece of work and someone who should go to red or get banned form blue

It means if they want to ks people or take their camp go to red, thats what red is for, this is classic blue not where you go in a high zem zone and take a camp from lvl 30's when you're 52 and be an ass about it and ks them

Agree with your assessment of blue though. Did this fellow take your other camps too, or just the one?

all the screenshots tell you is i was right next to him as he took our first mob i literally watched him take our first mob than i agroe the next one and he sent his pet on it after and ksed it, then he continued to steal the mobs so my group broke up and we petitioned him.

Agree with your assessment of blue though. Did this fellow take your other camps too, or just the one?

We were camping the 9 spawns outside AC, he sat in the room with 3 spawns and took those and we logged after cause we knew he would just keep ksing us so we called it a night

whoever was at the camp first has it. if you left the spawn location for any reason and someone else get there then you lose that specific spawn if they are after it.

We never left the camp once we were at the camp for around 3 hours straight, he just ran in there and sat down and we watched him kill the first respawn in that room
