Default A true Purist.

I think p1999 is a good start, but I am taking it one set further.

I started by getting my pentium 2 unit from my parents house and my old 17" 4x3 CRT monitor.

I then found an old ball mouse and my old super load keyboard.

I then found an old copy of windows 98(first edition of course) and installed it fresh. Now i have a gaming rig worthy of 1999.

Some say it might be a little far, but I say stay true.

I tried to do that, but my old computer (which I originally used to play EQ) decided the CD-ROM drive wasn't speaking its language anymore and refused to work. I don't know if it's worth the effort to get it fixed since I hardly use it anyway.

I can't say I miss the deafening roar produced whenever I played, though.
